Privacy

We collect the minimum data needed to run WCAG Pulse:

• Account info - your email and name when you sign up
• Sites you add - URLs and scan results
• Payment info - handled securely by Stripe (we never see your card)
• Basic analytics - page views, to improve the product

You can export or delete all your data anytime from your account settings. When you delete your account, everything goes with it.

Cookies

We use cookies for:

• Sessions - to keep you logged in
• Preferences - to remember your settings
• Analytics - to see how people use the site (anonymized)

No creepy tracking. No selling data to advertisers.

Terms of Service

By using WCAG Pulse, you agree to:

• Use it for legitimate accessibility testing purposes
• Not abuse the service or try to break it
• Not scan sites you don't own or have permission to scan
• Pay for what you use (if on a paid plan)

We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll try to warn you first, but reserve the right to act immediately if needed.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment by emailing us at support@wcagpulse.com. Refunds apply to the most recent billing cycle only and are not available for partial months or after the 14-day window.

Liability

WCAG Pulse is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that our scans catch every accessibility issue. Use it as one tool in your accessibility toolkit, not the only one.

We're not liable for any damages from using (or not being able to use) our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We might update this page occasionally. If we make big changes, we'll email you. Continuing to use WCAG Pulse means you accept the new terms.
